Why Pre-Workout?

Pre-workout supplements are often associated with strength training, but they can also provide significant benefits for endurance and interval sports—if formulated differently.

At the request of our co-founder Mathieu van der Poel, 4GOLD developed a special Pre-Workout designed specifically for endurance and interval athletes.

Each ingredient is carefully selected to support physical performance without focusing on the “muscle pump” effect, which is the primary goal of traditional pre-workouts. Instead, this formula delivers sustained energy, mental focus, and optimized endurance—so you can perform at your best for longer periods.

How and when to use?

We recommend taking Pre-Workout 20–30 minutes before training or a race.

Isomaltulose*, L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1, beta-alanine, acidity regulator: citric acid, creatine monohydrate, color: beetroot red, natural flavoring, magnesium bisglycinate, guarana extract, natural lemon flavoring, flavoring, sweetener: sucralose, maltodextrin, anhydrous caffeine, choline bitartrate, astaxanthin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), black pepper extract, nicotinamide (vitamin B3).
