Information on the processing of personal data

 

With this document we inform you as customers of our company Dirty Goats sro, Company ID: 230 22 434, with its registered office at Nové Sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 144032, about your rights related to the processing of your personal data in connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Our aim is to inform you about what personal data we process about natural persons when providing services, selling goods, possibly also on e-shops and when visiting our websites and contacts with potential customers, for what purposes and for how long we process this personal data in accordance with legal regulations, to whom and for what reason we may transfer it, and also to inform you about what rights you as a natural person have in connection with the processing of personal data. Please review the following information.

 

This information is effective from 10. 3. 2025 and is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, (“ Regulation ” or “ GDPR ”) in order to ensure our information obligation as a controller under Article 13 of the GDPR.

 

Your data controller

 

The controller of your data is Dirty Goats sro, Company ID: 230 22 434, with its registered office at Nové Sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 144032 (hereinafter referred to as the “ Administrator ”). The Administrator collects and disposes of your data and is responsible for its proper and lawful processing. You can exercise your rights against the Administrator in the manner set out below.

 

Categories of personal data

 

1. Basic identification data

a) first and last name, business name

b) ID number, VAT number

c) billing address, delivery address

d) address of the place of business

 

2. Contact details

a) telephone number

b) contact email

 

3. Data about purchased goods

a) type, specification of the goods provided

 

4. Data from mutual communication

If mutual communication is necessary during the performance of the contract, e.g. for the purpose of verifying certain data, this may be in written, telephone or electronic form, and a record may be made of this communication.

 

Legal basis, purpose and duration of processing

 

The scope of the data processed depends on the purpose of the processing. We process personal data for the above activities only to the extent necessary to fulfill these activities and only for the necessary period or for the period required by law.

 

1. Data processing for the purpose of contract performance

- preparation of contractual documentation

- delivery of ordered goods

- verification of data provided by the customer

 

We process personal data for the purposes of concluding a contract with you, administering your contract, amending the contract, or negotiating with you about concluding or amending the contract at the request of the data subject.

If the contract is or has been fulfilled by the interested party, we process personal data to the extent of basic personal, identification and contact data, as well as data on the nature of the services provided and mutual communication for a period of 4 years from the date of termination of the last contract.

If there were only negotiations to conclude a contract, without the contract ultimately being concluded, we process the provided personal data for a period of 3 months from the date of termination of the mutual negotiations.

 

2. Data processing for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations

- fulfillment of legal tax obligations

- purposes stipulated by special laws for the needs of criminal proceedings and for fulfilling the obligation to cooperate with the Police of the Czech Republic and other state authorities (fulfillment of legal obligations)

 

For tax purposes, contracts are archived for 10 years.

 

3. Data processing based on the legitimate interest of our company

- debt collection, disputes

- securing evidence in the event of defending the rights of our company

- records of unpaid receivables and debtors

 

In the event of a dispute or debt, we process personal data to the extent of basic personal, identification and contact data, as well as data on the nature of the services provided and mutual communication regarding the time of termination of the dispute or recovery of receivables.

 

4. Processing of personal data based on consent

 

Only and exclusively with your express consent can we process your personal data for business and marketing purposes. Such consent is granted in a separate document. The purpose of processing data for business and marketing purposes is to create a suitable offer of our services or services of third parties. For business purposes, the name and surname, business name, company ID, VAT number, billing address, delivery address, business address, contact email, contact telephone number, product information and their specifications are processed on the basis of such consent.

Granting consent for commercial and marketing purposes means consent to sending advertising in the form of electronic, written or telephone contact.

Providing consent is completely voluntary and can be revoked by you at any time. If the consent has not been revoked, it remains valid for 4 years from the date of termination of the contract or until it is subsequently revoked (at any time).

Withdrawal of consent for commercial and marketing purposes does not affect the processing of personal data for other reasons (performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interests of our company)

 

Who has access to your data (recipient categories)

 

In order for us to provide our services in full and well, to comply with our legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests, third parties also have access to your data. If this is necessary to achieve one of the purposes listed above, in particular if the external entity in the given area has the necessary professionalism and expert level, your data is processed by cooperating distributors and suppliers. If these suppliers process personal data transferred by our company, they have the status of personal data processors and process personal data only within the framework of our instructions and may not use them otherwise. These include in particular IT service providers, accounting companies, transport companies, debt collection, archiving service providers, law firms, printing and postal service providers, including couriers, and other persons who provide services for us and with whom we have concluded a personal data processing agreement for the purpose of protecting your personal data.

Some public administration bodies and other organizations are authorized to request information about you. This applies in particular to supervisory activities of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, courts, and the Police of the Czech Republic. We provide data only if the authorization to request it is permitted by law.

 

What rights do you have regarding your data?

 

Right to information about the processing of your personal data

You have the right to know and receive information about who the controller is, his representative, you have the right to know, if applicable, the personal data protection officer, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data, information about the transfer of personal data to third countries, the period of retention of personal data, authorized controllers, you have the right to know your rights, that you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, you have the right to know the source of the processed personal data, information about whether and how automated decision-making and profiling occur.

 

Right to access personal data

This includes being aware and confirming whether or not personal data is being processed and, if so, having access to information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients, the period for which personal data will be stored, information on your rights, the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, information on the source of personal data, information on whether automated decision-making and profiling are taking place, information and safeguards in the event of a transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organisation. You also have the right to be provided with copies of the personal data being processed .

 

The right to correct your personal data

If you find that we are processing your personal data that is either not current, accurate or otherwise incorrect, please contact us with a request for correction and we will make the correction.

 

The right to erasure of your personal data

In some cases, we are obliged to erase your personal data at your request. We will properly assess each such request and if we conclude that further processing is necessary for any of the purposes set out in the Regulation, we will inform you of this in accordance with the Regulation, together with an instruction that you may file a complaint against our action with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

The right to restrict the processing of your personal data

If we process personal data with your consent beyond the scope of contract performance or legal grounds for processing, you have the right to request that we limit this processing to only the most necessary legal grounds, or you have the right to block some personal data.

 

Right to notification of correction, erasure or restriction of processing

In the event of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, you have the right to be notified by us that these activities have taken place.

 

Right to data portability

If you want us to provide your personal data to another administrator, another company, we will transfer your personal data in the appropriate format to the entity designated by you.

 

Right to object

If you have the impression or directly discover that we are processing personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of legal regulations, please contact us and ask us to explain or eliminate the problem. You can also object directly to automated decision-making.

 

Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

You can withdraw your consent for commercial and marketing purposes at any time by making an explicit and specific statement of your will either by email or by post to our company address.

If you have enabled cookies in your web browser, you can restrict or disable their use directly in your web browser.

 

The right to file a complaint or suggestion with the Office for Personal Data Protection

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you can contact the supervisory authority with your suggestion or complaint regarding the processing of personal data, namely the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, tel. no.: 234 665 111, website www.uoou.cz.

 

You can always contact us, either by sending an e-mail to info@bombshellparts.eu, or by writing to us and sending a request to the company's registered office.

 

We will provide you with all responses regarding personal data protection free of charge. Only if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs associated with providing the requested information or communication or taking the requested actions, or we may refuse to comply with the request.

 

We will try to provide you with a statement and, if applicable, information about the measures taken as soon as possible, but no later than within 1 month. We are entitled to extend the deadline by two months if necessary and taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
