Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of displaying marketing offers

1. 4. Sklik service provider , company Seznam.cz, as, ID: 261 68 685, with registered office at Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic;

5. or other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use

5. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

6. Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by adjusting the privacy preferences in the footer of the website or by sending an email.

7. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

   • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, this withdrawal will result in preventing the triggering of remarketing codes of advertising tools and preventing the personalization of content on the e-shop website;

   • request information from the Administrator about what personal data they process about you;

   • request access to your processed personal data from the Administrator and request a copy of it;

   • for automatically processed personal data, the right to data portability;

   • have your processed personal data updated or corrected, or request restriction of its processing;

   • request the company to delete your personal data, unless it is personal data that the Administrator is obliged or authorized to further process in accordance with applicable legal regulations;

   • to effective judicial protection if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation;
