Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending a customer satisfaction questionnaire

Heureka service provider, Heureka Group as, company ID: 078 22 774, with registered office at Karolinská 706/3, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8;
or other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.
Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by clicking on the link for adjusting privacy preferences at the bottom of the website, where the consent granted by the e-shop can be revoked. Consent can also be withdrawn by clicking on the relevant link in the email with the satisfaction questionnaire. In this case, you will unsubscribe from the Heureka service provider.
Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, this withdrawal will result in the termination of sending the satisfaction questionnaire;
request information from the Administrator about what personal data they process about you;
request access to your processed personal data from the Administrator and request a copy of it;
for automatically processed personal data, the right to data portability;
have your processed personal data updated or corrected, or request restriction of its processing;
request the company to delete your personal data, unless it is personal data that the Administrator is obliged or authorized to further process in accordance with applicable legal regulations;
to effective judicial protection if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation;
