A premium sports drink with a great taste, developed to support endurance and maintain performance during physical activity. Each serving provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio for efficient energy absorption, complemented by essential electrolytes that help replace minerals lost through sweating.
Why Carbo Electro?
During exercise, glycogen stores in the body are gradually depleted, leading to a drop in performance. To maintain energy levels, Carbo Electro is formulated with an optimal 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, ensuring efficient absorption and utilization of carbohydrates.
The foundation is isomaltulose – a premium carbohydrate that provides a steady and sustained release of energy while minimizing spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels. This supports stable glucose levels, improved fat utilization as an energy source, and helps prevent sudden energy crashes. Unlike traditional fast sugars, isomaltulose is also gentler on digestion and reduces the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort—especially important for endurance athletes.
Carbo Electro delivers 30 g of carbohydrates per serving in the optimal 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio for long-lasting energy. With 20 g of isomaltulose, it ensures a stable energy supply, improved digestive comfort, and the benefits of a low glycemic index. Added electrolytes help replenish lost minerals and maintain hydration.
How to use and dose Carbo Electro?
Use during a race or training session.
It can also be used before a race for carbohydrate “carbo-loading” purposes.
- Light training: 2 scoops (1 serving) in 500 ml of water
- Heavy/long training or race: 4 scoops (2 servings) in 500 ml of water
Train your gut for better performance! Efficient carbohydrate absorption is key to endurance performance. If your digestion is not yet used to a high carbohydrate intake, start with 1 serving (2 scoops) per bottle. Use this dosage five times over two weeks, then gradually increase intake. Repeat this process until you can comfortably consume 80–120 g of carbohydrates per hour without digestive issues.
What is the difference between Carbo Electro and High Carb?
Although both Carbo Electro and High Carb are carbohydrate-based sports drinks, their differences will help you choose the right one.
Carbo Electro has a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, while High Carb has a 1:0.8 ratio. The higher fructose content in High Carb allows for a higher hourly carbohydrate intake (over 90 g/hour), making it ideal for triathlons, endurance running, or long-distance cycling.
For Carbo Electro, we recommend 1–2 servings per bottle (30–60 g of carbohydrates). This formula contains more than just carbohydrates, making it suitable for sports such as football, motocross, running, boxing, and cycling, or for activities where a lower carbohydrate intake is sufficient due to lower glycogen depletion.
